恒峰國際投資領(lǐng)域涵蓋醫(yī)療健康、高端制造、能源環(huán)保、文化教育等行業(yè)，聚集行業(yè)精英打造專業(yè)團隊，憑借雄厚的實力、可靠的信譽、專業(yè)的運營，多層次為機構(gòu)客戶和高凈值客戶提供資產(chǎn)管理及投資銀行服務。未來擬參照企業(yè)不同的發(fā)展階段，分別設(shè)立VC基金、PE基金和并購基金，以靈活多樣的投資方式對接產(chǎn)業(yè)，促進產(chǎn)融結(jié)合，提升企業(yè)價值。
Zhejiang Highfund International Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in May 2017 with a registered capital of 1 billion RMB and is headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The company focuses on equity investment and M&A, and is in pursuit of “high quality, strict control and excellent management” with a commitment to become a powerful, virtuous, ambitious and faithful leader in equity investment and asset management industry.
Hengfeng International gathers industry elites to build professional teams, and its investment fields cover healthcare, high-end manufacturing, energy and environmental protection, culture and education. With solid strength, reliable reputation and professional operation, Hengfeng International provides asset management and investment banking services for institutional customers and high net worth customers in a multi-level way. In the future, it is proposed to set up VC funds, PE funds and M&A funds respectively with reference to different development stages of enterprises to connect industries with flexible and diversified investment methods, to promote the integration of industry and finance, and to enhance corporate value.
生于1976年，浙江寧波人，擁有上海交通大學EMBA學位，中國社科院博士在讀，現(xiàn)任公司董事長，兼任環(huán)球國際（香港）控股集團有限公司董事長，系知名企業(yè)家、資深投資人、慈善家、TNC（大自然保護協(xié)會）中國理事會理事。
錢先生多年從事和投資貿(mào)易、建筑、科技、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、金融等領(lǐng)域，投資經(jīng)營活動遍布全球。2017年5月，受當?shù)卣埡椭С?，成立浙江恒峰國際控股有限公司，入駐杭州西湖區(qū)白沙泉并購金融街區(qū)，致力于成為股權(quán)投資、資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)的領(lǐng)跑者。
錢先生亦是知名愛心人士，熱衷投身各類慈善活動，不懈為中國慈善事業(yè)作貢獻，多次入圍福布斯慈善榜，2018年獲“浙江省十大慈善之星”。曾以各類形式頻頻參與抗震救災、防洪搶險、病患康復、自然保護、教育發(fā)展等領(lǐng)域的慈善公益活動。
公司自成立伊始，便提出“肩負責任，貢獻社會”的光榮使命，將積極投身公益活動和事業(yè)，用實際行動踐行企業(yè)社會責任。
目前公司成立僅兩年，但堅持投入慈善事業(yè)，累計捐資5次合計3255萬元。
公司為留守兒童成長、白血病患者救治、保護地建立、生態(tài)環(huán)境保護公益推廣、基層教育發(fā)展等作出一定貢獻。
2019年11月，公司榮獲第六屆“浙江慈善獎”（機構(gòu)捐贈獎）。
